Symptoms: device turns off / touch unresponsive
Solution: Don’t try to power up the device outside in the cold, you may damage the battery. Bring it inside, let it warm up and then turn it on.
Symptoms: device becomes slow / battery drains quickly
Solution: Keep the battery side of the device in a warm pocket (inside the jacket). Turn off apps that you don’t need to save battery.
