Near field communication (NFC) is a set of standards for smartphones and similar devices to establish radio communication with each other by touching them together or bringing them into proximity, usually no more than a few inches. Galaxy devices have NFC on board which can be used to share media files between two devices. Before you can do that you need to turn NFC on. To get going simply follow the steps below to get started. 1. Touch Apps.
2. Touch Settings.
3. Scroll to and touch NFC to turn it on.
4. NFC is on. Touch NFC again to turn it off.
